I'm a bit torn on this.
The chick with the cell phone seemed to handle the situation correctly by calling the police.
You breaking in and stealing from me, please believe you going to jail.
The mom came up there acting a fool (gets to a point where you not acting and you just are) and assaults the victim.

I understand the on woman being upset about her kids "jorns" being stolen and all, but I do feel a certain type of way about her cussing at those kids. I really hope those boys do not end up in the judicial system. They still have a chance to be successful in life.

Whats fucked up is that she is unemployed with at least two children, a smoker with a potty mouth, most likely on child support and yet her ass thinks she and her kids lives are blessed, as if to say she is exactly where she wants to be in life..

Unfortunately growing up in a poor black neighborhood myself and seeing stuff similar to this, that little kid crying might be a problem when he grows up. The way he was acting out when his mom came around was just sad.

I've never cursed around my daughter growing up. Not even casually. If she heard me curse I promptly apologized. You have to be a beacon of light for your kids showing them a better way. This woman has NO job but brags about Jordans and getting her nails done. Her kids aren't much better than the lady she's attacking.

Now when my kids were young I didn't curse around them, but as they became teenagers OMG I will admit I did but never nothing like this.

That's that young shit. I be having to get on my child's mother about her mouth. Always cussing and saying "nigga". Our kid may only be a toddler but smart and picks up on everything. Cussing is so second nature to her it's pathetic.
They have older folks doing it also, and like you say they pick up on it and when they get older cursing becomes a normal way of expressing their emotions. Things can turn wrong fast when they get older and find themselves in a minor disagreement where things can quickly escalate by the use of a word like fuck you and or bitch..
So if they are conditioned to blurt it out they have a much greater chance of getting into a escalated struggle that can result in death or arrest.
For the sake of your kid don't give up on explaining to her the importance of early training on how to not only talk but how to deal with frustration and being upset...
I'm by no means ratchet but I will say my mom is very classy and my dad as well if you can call a man that, didn't know the correct term, but this is so true because I remember cursing on the phone one day as an adult not knowing my mom had walked up on me and she said I know you didn't get cursing like that from us and honestly I didn't. And she said I knew you curse because people had told her but it didn't come from them. To this day they don't really curse, but two of their kids do.
