Jacksonville, Fla., rapper Ksoo is finally standing trial for murder after being arrested in 2020 for the killing of Charles McCormick a.k.a. Lil Buck, First Coast News reports. The rapper's father is expected to testify against him.Following a week of jury selection, opening arguments are set to begin in the trial on Wednesday (July 23). Ksoo, born Hakeem Robinson, is charged along with four others of killing McCormick as part of an ongoing gang feud in the city. Police say Ksoo shot and killed McCormick for making a diss song aimed at Ksoo's late half-brother, who was killed in a drive-by shooting.Ksoo's father, Abul Robison Sr., is also a codefendant in the case and has been charged with accessory after the fact, as police say he picked up the trio following the shooting. Robinson Sr. has agreed to testify against Ksoo in his trial as part of a plea deal.
