You can't move to the suburbs because there are no black suburbs where many of the black young people don't try to act like they were raised in the projects. Why is being Black synonymous with being ghetto, and if you are NOT ghetto acting you are seen as "less black" even to many Black people?
You can't move to the white suburbs because that's where the white people are and you'll end up raising your kids in the school system where they are the vast minority. Your kid will get picked on and the teacher will say nothing, but let your kid retaliate and your kid gets suspended or expelled.
