Those people look to be of a certain age so they probably remember dancing and enjoying dancing amongst themselves and peers....I don't see a damn thing wrong with it.
Remember before the dance crews a lot of these guys and gals were gang members,so instead of having a bloody fight where someone could be killed,they would dance,some of em.

Just their instinctive 2nd line, nothing wrong with it at all, I hate a stuck up funeral, if you want a quiet everybody act dead ceremony have a private one before you invite others cause people grieve differently, and the person they are grieving over is gone, the funeral is not really for the dead person it's for the people left behind!
