I don't know what the fuck they were doing but it had nothing to do with electricity. One dude grabbed the other katts foot and pulled it right into the power lines. The whole shit was goofy.

I think he was already stuck, the way they were rubbing on him kind of makes me think DC already had a hold of him and they were trying to pull him off. If it was a power line or ground that his friend pushed him into I don't know, but whatever it was it grounded them both.
