Probably a combo of US and elite interests....there are levels to everything and even as a puppet he was fucking up...Haiti ain't vaccinated a single person, kidnapping all across the country, armed gangs going crazy on the street and dude looked like he didn't want to leave....there are any number of interests who would want to kill him but who has the power to send a team in to kill him and more importantly, the power to make that team seemingly vanish?....I am thinking elites and US (maybe French) interests that hold real power in that society
