Tired of Losing
Donald Trump promised we’d get tired of winning with him as President. Instead, we’ve gotten tired of losing—and the losses are piling up.
We’re losing money. His moronic trade wars have hurt farmers, businesses, and consumers. We have lost stability in the stock market and confidence with our 401(k)s. His tax cuts for the wealthy are saddling us with record debt. And when the tariffs kick in, prices will skyrocket.
We’re losing jobs, within the government and beyond. We’re losing the scientists and healthcare that would protect us. We’re losing clean air and water, thanks to deregulation that puts polluters ahead of people. We are losing academic freedom. We’re losing global respect. The international community laughs at us. Our allies cry, and our enemies cheer. The U.S. has forfeited its role as leader of the free world.
We’re losing truth, drowned in a flood of lies. We’re losing decency, replaced by performative cruelty. We’re losing competence, replaced by grift and chaos. We’re losing the very idea that America can be, and has been, better than this.
“Tired of Losing” isn’t just a slogan. It’s a reflection on Trumpism, which doesn’t make America great. It weakens us, embarrasses us, and costs us—financially, morally, and globally. We need to get back to winning…to making America all that it can be.
