Gucci Mane just revealed on the Breakfast Club that he’s been battling schizophrenia

A lot of people are self medicating with weed and illegal drugs which make things worse.
How the fuck you self medicating getting pediatric advice from the gynecologist? Weed, illegal drugs, and alcohol only exacerbate the problem - that means make it worse. What's the root of the problem. Find that shit

Nobody said stop smoking weed or drinking alcohol, just slow it down a bit.

We agree that it is not good to do.

It always seems insensitive when I hear people talking about someone as if they're not sitting right there beside them. Never heard of her before this post, so she could 100% have good intentions. :dunno:

But some of that was far too much to share in an interview and did not appear to consider how it made him look/feel. Almost as if it was more important for her to look like a caring person...even if it was at his expense.

At least he's diagnosed and dealing with it. A lot of motherfuckers out here raw dogging it mentally just fucked up. Like folks who are out here fucking refusing to get tested
Man, my little sister is dealing with that shit. There is no cure, and most treatment for it has dopamine dampers, meaning they make them feel lifeless, without pleasure. She was a very bright person, making good money, and it came out of nowhere.
I know it's unlikely, but in my heart, I think when she found out that she was the result of my Pops raping my moms, it triggered it. But I wish Gucci the best, and my prayers go out to him and his family!

If its already in the book, and he was ok with it.....
Who are we to judge?

And I get your point, at times in the interview it looks like he's a passenger along for the ride. Not the one living it and telling the story. However, as a person that has dealt with people with mental disorders, he may not be able to explain it as well as she could. And he may trust her to do so in this case. I mean, hell she's been covering for him since before he went to jail. She's a rider for real.
