That wasn't Heathcliff with the gang. You are thinking of Riff-Raff who was the leader of the Catillac gang that had the drop top.

The first half of the show was Heathcliff and he was a hell of a fighter and he used to whip the shit of any dogs ass.

The second half of the show was Riff Raff and the Catillac gang. I don't think Heathcliff ever interacted with them.

I would take Heathcliff over Garfields weak, lazy, pasta eating ass any day.
