Former Georgetown women's basketball player shot dead by policeman after slashing his face*WARNING*

She was ..

Was wondering why it was written that way and then peeped the name of the person who tweeted it

She was obviously having a mental episode and it's a shame that she died but the cop had genuine reason to fear for his life and did what he had to do

Wish she had been able to control the mental illness before it got to this

That shit was gruesome, you can hear her death rattle after getting shot. This is what I've been talking about on here with crazy people chasing you around. You can mind your own business and they will try to find ways to trigger you.

Came through like the female Michael Myers.. this nig damn near shot the neighbors in panic mode.. nig gun kept going off when he was trying to get away.. nig got slashed up by a pink knife

Looks like suicide by cop... RIP

No, it looks like she was going through a mental episode and the cop was not adequately equipped or trained to deal with the situation at hand.

That part! How many shots went through random walls and potentially hit/killed innocent people?!!
Excluding the first and last shot, all those others were either accidental or panick!!

Hindsight is 20/20 and it's easy being a Monday Morning Quarterback,
I get it, dude was caught by surprise and slashed as soon as she opened the door.

But after he backed up a good distance and saw she was coming at him. Why did he move closer/and let her close the gap? ( ignoring the 21ft rule right almost cost him his life)
He then shot her point blank in the chest and she was still standing...... he then backs up some more, all the while shooting indiscriminately....
Then finally focuses and eliminates the threat....

There were numerous errors on his part.

Do I think he should have shot her immediately? No. Do I understand why he did? Yes.

I think initially keeping the distance and trying the taser may have been a better option, at the very least there would be less panic shots through the walls.

Now if she ignored the taser or pulled the leads out.... welp there you have it.

I guess my biggest issue is, I've seen too many cops allow crazed, deranged hwhyte men with knives, swords and machetes to come at them swing at them and find a way to apprehend them alive......

They just seem too quick and eager to put bullets through us.

If she was white she would be alive.
