My issue has always been how easy it is to buy certain firearms. Anyone who owns one and has actually practiced knows it takes a minute (depending on overall experience) to be able to effectively use it. She was clearly a novice and a danger to the entire neighborhood.

I know a couple of breeders. They a) are never alone when showing the puppies, b) always take the puppies to a public area to be seen/picked up/purchased. The safest place to transact business is literally the local police parking lot. There have been occasions where the potential "buyer" didn't want to meet them there to see the puppies let alone buy the puppies.

Looked like an AR pistol without a brace. Not only was she not looking where she was shooting but she was also holding on to the magazine like it's an extra grip. I think it's safe to assume she's not the owner of that gun and never shot it before that moment.
