Condoms arent thought of as birth control there. Just defense against stds. SO if you pull one out on a college girl there they feel disrespected. They think that you think they are "dirty". I dont believe they test in Phils. Prostitution is "Illegal".But its tolerated . One of the reasons the US base was removed was because of the prostitution near the base.

Yeah - may he rot in peace. His content was all over the Asian thumbnail gallery post sites back in the day. They test in Phils but FL hoes who are cheaper don't have tests. And guess what guys who want a discount flock to freelancers. The base was closed because of the volcanoes and high society FLIP greed and their senate. Cannot blame the military because they don't go there all the time and most of the guys are retirees who enjoyed the good ole days.
