naw, maybe the cold cut and the sausage if you want to call it that but the eggs and bacon are the same shit you can buy at the super market. The sandwich looks like it will give you about 30g or protein and the carbs from the croissant

you can eat what you want and just work out afterwards

reverse that.

i workout on an empty stomach VERY early in the a.m.

then, i spike my insulin level with fruit juice or honey... sending it thru the roof.

then, i cram LOTS of protein, moderate carbs & fat for my first meal about 10 am.

calories are calories. your body doesn't give a fuck. if you're trying to live to 100, stay away tho.

vice versa... work out and feed your muscles, but not with that, not from them

after a workout, and esp. after a workout on an empty stomach, it does NOT matter what you eat. you can eat just about anything, and your body will break that shit up quick.
