Okay but what Lebron did is not what these other cats did. Lebron went to a team contending with Wade on it and they added Bosh. That's not even the same thing. That's why I don't get why you even bringing up Lebron in this case. What Lebron did is not what Deron, Dwight or Melo are doing. If Deron and Dwight wanted to go play with Dirk okay. If Deron and Dwight wanted to play with Derrick Rose alright. These cats want to go to a terrible team just because they are in a big media market. That shit is SILLY.

They went to the Finals by default. They wouldn't have even made it in the playoffs if they were in the West. Lebron took the Cavs to the Finals and got their asses handed to them by the Spurs. Those 00's Eastern Conference teams weren't shit. It didn't even matter who made it to the Finals because the team from the West was gonna win. Somebody had to make it in the East. That year it had to be the Nets.

Thunder didn't necessarily draft well. They had terrible picks. They sucked. Dwight has allowed the Magic to contend year in and out which in result puts you in tougher draft position. Thunder simply benefited off of A)Blazers not taking Durant and B) Sucking year in and out. Magic have surrounded Dwight the best they could. But when you contend every year and have bad draft picks and overpay you end up like they're in right now.

Man if they were in the West they would've played each west team FOUR TIMES as opposed to 2. So you can't just assume that because they had a certain record in the East they would've had that same record in the West. The East was inferior to the West and still is but even more so in the 2000's.
ok i get that point the east had its time in the 80-90's though- its about to start swinging that way maybe next season or so
