Every award season, the studios make DVD screeners to send to people in the industry if they are too busy to go to the theater to see it. Thats where they come from. I think they are stopping that this year though.

is this really a good movie. not too much into musicals altho i liked idlewild but i dug the music more. I've had this sitting on my desktop since last week, havent watched it yet. i dont want a typical black starring white made movie where all the people do is sing and dance and fight and u see sex all the time unless beyonce is naked(lol) does it have a STORY?

When I went to see it, kept the original in mind beyond the star power and took something different from it
Like I said b4, muggs were acting as if it was a p lay during the premeir as people were clapping after songs and getting moved by the performances;
Saying all this to say that you may forget Beyonnce is even in this as ther aint no naked scenes with chick in it lol and it aint really about her past drawing the tickets @ the gate
