That house is up in Hidden Hills & has been on and off the market for some years. The price cuts in Calabasas/Hidden Hills area has been pretty dramatic since the 08 crash. Most of the lots are an acre or more. Only areas fetching over $10 million + are Beverly Hills,Bel Air,Brentwood,Palisades,Malibu etc.The westside basically. Nobody paying 10 + mill to live in the Valley these days.
Its been rented out for event parties and such in the past. This is a party thrown at the house a while back.
