These films will not age well and as predicted, the actors in them will try to distance themselves from them down the road because this isnt serious or groundbreaking work at all. This is basically a modern day "Blaxploitation" film genre of Black British actors, non ADOS, and immigrants cosplaying ADOS historical icons and promoting negative stereotypes of us with little resistance for the economic gain of White American Hollywood studios.

There are non ADOS actors that owe their entire superstardom and notoriety to ADOS. There are afro latin actors that grew up speaking Spanish that only play ADOS. I always thought Lauryn Hill would've been a much better choice for that role..more of a match to Nina: .aesthetically and talent wise, plus her voice was more similar to Nina's and her Mental Health issues/controversy mirrored Ninas in a way. Felt like the Role would have been Cathartic for her which would stimulate an amazing portrayal.

I won't front tho.... Zoe played the role a lot better than I expected, but that may have been because my expectations were so low

L Boogy would be perfect for that role but she's gone and ain't coming back altho not as epic, maybe Fantasia or Kelly Rowland if they went to acting school and took it seriously.
