I'm currently an MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) in two states: California and Texas. I was thinking about getting licensed in Georgia. But I'm re-thinking that now.
I've been reading about Black entrepreneurs of the past and Durham, North Carolina keeps popping up. I don't know much about this city. So, I'm currently researching it and its business climate.
For anyone who's familiar with Durham, would you recommend it as a good city for Black entrepreneurial pursuits? If you would not, why not? Do you see any growth potential there?
I'm not expecting anyone to be an expert, I'm just looking for unbiased and casual opinions.
