Does anybody have a program called Synaptics for HP [porn inside]

Does anybody have a program called Synaptics or something for HP? It is the touchpad driver. It is needed to keep the curser in place and also used in conjunction with the mousepad on the laptop. BTW, I have an HP Pavillion dv5030us Notebook PC

When my HD crashed I got my computer fixed and they didn't put this program on the computer again. Man, this curser is jumping all over the place as I am trying to type, deleting text and just being a pain. I was trying to deal with it, but it just deleted a thread I was preparing and that was the final straw.

They're maker specific. Try to find whatever utility discs might have come with the system. Narrow chance though, I know. You can get a generic driver if you want, from here: http://www.synaptics.com/support/drivers.

But, for the specific driver, go here, http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/ProductRoot.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=135, and plug in the computer's model number, and make sure >>Download drivers and software is selected on the left. It should prompt you for more info and what to do next. Good luck.
