True hd with a 1366 resolution? This isn't the worst laptop on the market, it will be good for surfing the net, watching videos and you can even play some games on it.

This is for a pre-teen. Not enough ram, you could get by with a 500GB HD. The CPU is weak as well. This is for light tasking, music listening, etc...

It'll get the job done. Probably not heavy gaming but most everything else it'll get the job done. My 10 year old laptop does everything I need it to do.

I built my computer a couple of years ago
and have not cared to keep with the state'
of the art specs for computer hardware.
My computer does everything I want it to
do. I have not carried a mobile device since
some Mexicans stole my tablet outside Baby
Dolls 2 years ago, from my car. I do have
2 laptops that I use only when I am on a
journey, otherwise I find laptops to be
inconvenient and overhyped

You find a laptop you can carry with you anywhere inconvenient? You must be that wierdo who set up their desktop with a 24 inch monitor at Starbucks.
