PLEASE DONT SLEEP!

The film is a documentary (really more of an interview) with Michael Ruppert who's a former investigative journalist and LAPD detective - this cat predicted the mortgage/financial crisis/recession back in '06, blew the lid off of 9/11, Rampart, and all types of other scandals for anyone familiar with conspiracies and that type of shit. Do your research on him, dude is all the way legit and was in the position & privy to the type of info to know what the fuck hes talking about.
Saw the movie this afternoon with my shorty on 12th st in the city- the only place in the tri state its even playing anymore. I'm not gonna sit here and try to explain the whole flick cause I'm frankly still a bit unnerved by the shit. He basically goes in on peak oil and the upcoming collapse of industrial civilization thats coming a whole lot faster then people think - like right around the corner.
But dig this, we were on our way to see Precious, Collapse wasnt even on the marquee, there was no visible signage in the theater, I just happened to see it up there when I was going to pay. We heard about the movie but I didnt even know it was out yet. According to a comrade he saw it at the Angelika but it was only there for a quick second. He said people was leaving up outta there in tears. I'm not mad at those people, that shit was disturbing on a level you dont even know.
Oh yeah, I'm not trying to spoil shit but since the filming (March of this year) apparently Ruppert has retired and dropped out of sight pretty much, is near broke, facing eviction, and waiting to die in the face of this upcoming collapse. That fact alone had me like "Aw, Damn". But trust me this isnt the type of flick that can be ruined by spoilers. ITS gonna ruin YOUR day anyway.
For anyone in NY - go see it on E. 12th st between 5th and University before that shit is gone, which I'm sure will be this week.
Itll also be on On-Demand on Time Warner and Comcast on 12/06.
Dont bother looking online, its nooooowhere. But that'll change - or maybe not, apparently someone doesnt want this to be seen. To be honest, the average person doesnt need to see it and if it was shown in mass there would be widespread chaos.
So enjoy all of this porn and everything, if this flick is even partially right we probably wont be enjoying it for long. Shit's really about to hit the fan people, watch this flick however possible and get your shit together.
