Well mine was timely because they took the shit out my check.

When I was laid of I would simply go down to the court and file for a modification because my finances changed.

The modifcation is effective from the date filed.

If he didn't go down and handle his business that's on him.


The judge didn't get involved by coincidence. He got involved because either the woman filed for child support or she was on public assistance and the state filed.

So I guess you expect it to be okay if he had his child in a private school and didn't pay his tuition ontime for them to accept it ?
