She claims that it's from a certain belt buckle that she wears because she has really sensitive skin. She also told me that fake jewlery will break her out, as well as long exposure to the sun and chocolates.

On some real shit, I dated a girl in like the 9th grade who had reactions to fake jewelery. Wherever fake shit touched her skin she broke out in a rash. It got to the point were she had a rash on her stomach like your talking about, and a rash under both ears where her earrings hung. I'm no Doc, but, it is possible her skin has a reaction to cheap metal. My wife has this, and cannot wear anything other than gold. If she wears a big buckle without cloth like a t-shirt, she gets a rash where the metal touches skin. However, I haven't seen the rash or am I a Doctor, Just my humble opinion.
