They don't have any "DIRECT evidence" against him. They probably don't have multiply witnesses and documents ie text, emails and photos to corroborate any claims. We're talking about courts here. HIGH HIGH HIGH courts. They won't just be like OKAY Roger Stone said Trump was there so it was be true. Paul Manafort said Trump was there, so it was be true. That's not how the courts work when you're going after a high level target that can afford the best defense in the world. You need undoubtable proof. You need to Manafort, Stone, Kushner, Ivanka (LMAO) and Don Jr (LMAO) to take the witness stand and say he was there. You need text message and emails to corroborate their stories. Hell, you need a picture of him sitting "there". If you can't get all of at least 100% of everything states above then your case will probably be null. He's the president so you're going to need to have your case 100% airtight and that's what Mr. Mueller is doing. As you can see, the man DOES NOT play around.

We know from public disclosures by Trump and Guiliani that Mueller has "direct" evidence of him committing crimes. That's not an issue. It's not even dependent on his family members turning on him. You don't need them to testify against Trump.
He's already an unindicted co-conspiracy. It's only holding on to the office of the Presidency that's keeping him out of legal trouble. He'd already been indicted otherwise. That's it...nothing more complex than that. There is no legal precedent for indicting a sitting POTUS so Meuller is just preceding with his investigation.
I'm willing to bet Mueller already have enough sealed evidence to imprison Trump.
I've long said that Trump isn't even Mueller's biggest target and that says a lot considering he's POTUS.
