Some of the things have been verified but of course, they not saying that.

Aside from the memo being a somewhat big yawner, remember that it's just that... a memo, and it was written by an aide(s) to someone who is by all accounts caping for trump and swinging from his nuts... and most importantly, it includes only what the author wanted it to include. The documents that it's based on no doubt contain other information not included in the memo. We're not going to see the warrants and other docs, but Schiff's rebutal document is hopefully going to be released soon, and it should include things that Nunes' boy did not include.
