At the point that the Cop arrived, the situation was already contained, so he had time to make an assessment, not to mention by standing witnesses trying to alert the muhfucka.
I doubt that Midlothian will take any action against him either.

it was a white undercover office in Arizona that was shot by his fellow officers during a sting, and they didnt realize he was a cop til the shooting had stopped.
the dude lived....but he sued the department and got like $20 million. hell there are innocent black men that die at the hands of police and the families dont get anything close to that amount.
