Hash told the operator that he was driving his Ford F-150 when the victim “came flying across Bingham Drive, running, and I stopped so I wouldn't hit him and he jumped on my car and started screaming."


According to Hash, Walker pulled off the windshield wipers and began beating the windshield, breaking it, The deputy said his wife and daughter were in the truck with him. The operator then asked Hash if Walker had any weapons on him and he responded, “I don’t know.” He repeated that the victim took the windshield wipers off the truck.

It doesn't scare them because they don't get it; if they knew that they would get fired, lose pension, charged with some type of murder, and convicted then shit would change. But how many actually get all that :hmm:
 
Chief Hawkins corrected the myth that the deputy was not immediately taken into custody and questioned. She said that he was absolutely taken into custody, but he was not arrested. She also said that the story doesn't match the eye-witness testimony.

All the eye witnesses had a different story from the cop but they let him go anyways to clean up his social media, talk to a lawyer, come up with a story etc.
