I'd like someone to explain to me exactly how and to whom payments would be made.
I have been maintaining that Democrats are just as racist as Republicans but with different seasonings. All of these CACs want to keep the advantages they have received and don’t truly want Black empowerment in which their descendants will be on an equal playing field with our descendants. San Francisco was the most liberal large city for decades but also was one of the most segregated and racist. During the Tech boom, SF was flooded with money but had a horrible public school system, some of the worse public housing, where black folks lived on actual hazardous waste sites.
We need to stop fighting so hard for “the least evil”. Mark my words, Newsom will be the Democratic presidential candidate and will lose.
