I work at a mental hospital and his crime is VERY average to some of the gruesome ish I'm surrounded by daily. Mental illness is hella real. It's to the point where I don't even read the patients charts no more because I don't want to look at them differently. Luckily, I'm not surrounded by rapist or chomo's, they send those type of crimes to northern Cali. On the other hand, I'm surrounded by murderers. Each unit has 50 patients, on my unit we have about 35 killers and the rest are attempted murder. But you would not be able to tell because they are what we consider high functioning. They are all medicated as well but they go through what we call "cycling" and when that happens they decompisate and you can just see the crazy in them. It's like you can look right through them and we have to strap a lot of them up until they stop cycling.

Very unpredictable.

i like my practical joker theory, especially with a lot of my weird situations or as some people would call "signs" with me an the entity communications or better yet as i like to call it "yeah nig u kno i exist moments"... sometime it's done in a comedic way to the point i have to look up in the sky and go yeah yeah and laugh.. like some real movie shit..like i did a real good deed for somebody and kinda went out my way when i didnt really care to..as i'm on my way every 5 mins some funny shit about the bible or god would pop up..from random people singing church songs, somebody trying to give me a free bible, to being on a train and somebody starts reading bible scriptures, than i saw a group of nuns, than more random shit, i looked up in the sky and was like very funny, i get it i get it..it was a sat..made no sense of all those mini church moments throughtout nyc that day but it was like yeah guy i'm proud of your good deed ur doing a good job even though u don't want to

Basically the hospital has different areas. When they come straight from jail, they are not medicated so that's when they are most dangerous. This is also the time floor staff and the Drs determine if this patient is "malingering" which means to see if they are faking their mental illness. By the time they get to our side of the hospital, they are deemed mentally ill. Each patient comes in with what we call a "baseline". That means this is what they are like day to day. They also have a list of triggers and coping skills they use to combat those. We as staff, being around these patients daily can tell "John Doe is off his baseline. We seen him doing this and had to give him a PRN (as needed medication) to calm him down."

It's more of a judgement call and just study who you're surrounded by. But again, these people are unpredictable so you always have to be alert. I was sitting on a 1 to 1 patient and while I was sitting down, another patient came up behind me and try to stab my neck with a hardened soap shake. Problem was he grabbed my shoulder first which allowed me to react quick and fuck him up before he could swing with the other hand.

Again, there is much more than this but just some of what I'm surrounded by.

90% of the mentally ill here are because of drug use. Then 90% of that is because of meth use.

You guys post a female on here who has drake tatted on her forehead. She's here too and it's because she stabbed some random people on a bus or something like that.

A disgraced celebrity chef in Arizona was convicted of slaughtering his wife and two young kids on Christmas Day — nearly eight years after posting a cheerful caroling video with his son the night before the killing spree.

Anthony Milan Ross, 53, was found guilty Monday by a Maricopa County jury on three counts of first-degree murder for the killings of his estranged wife, Iris, and their two young children, 11-year-old Nigel and 10-month-old Anora, AZ Family reported.

Ross, a local TV vegan chef and cookbook author, killed his family at his apartment when Iris, who had filed for divorce six months earlier, arrived to pick up their children on Dec. 25, 2017.

Witnesses told investigators they saw the killer celebrity chef shoot Iris dead outside before he ran back inside.


Law enforcement descended on the complex at 4 p.m. and found Iris’ body on the front patio of the chef’s apartment. Ross by then had barricaded himself inside his apartment with his two children.


After a tense, seven-hour standoff, police stormed Ross’ apartment and found one of his children shot dead.

As they were clearing the apartment, Ross appeared and opened fire on the officers, injuring one of them.

He surrendered after the brief shootout with police and was arrested. Investigators then found Ross’ other child had also been shot dead after he was detained.

On Christmas Eve, Ross laughed and sang Christmas carols as he appeared a happy, loving father alongside Nigel.

“I’m smiling and hanging out with Nigel on Christmas Eve, and we’re about to embarrass ourselves,” Ross said in the video posted on Facebook hours before he’d kill the 11-year-old. “We’re gonna sing!”

The video shows the pair performing “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town” together, then finishing the video with a heartfelt “Merry Christmas!”

Ross had also texted his estranged wife’s sister, Mary Wogas, during his Christmas Day killing rampage, telling her he had “just killed Iris and the kids.”

“I knew that man was very unstable. I knew he had a very, very dark side. I didn’t know it was this dark,” Wogas told investigators, according to court documents obtained by ABC 15.

She also added that the child killer struggled with depression.

Iris’ roommate, Lushanya Echeverria, also told the Arizona Republic that Ross had been harassing her in the weeks before the murders and had shown up to pick up their kids armed with a gun.

In addition to the three first-degree murder convictions, the disgraced chef was found guilty of three counts of aggravated assault and 17 counts of assaulting a peace officer.

He is scheduled to face sentencing on Jan. 9, 2026. Ross faces life in prison or death by lethal injection or the gas chamber.

Before the murders, Ross promoted himself as a man who had lost more than 200 pounds through a vegan diet and active lifestyle, as detailed in his book “The Change: Transforming Yourself and Your Body Into the Person You Want to Be.”

oh my God! There are so many type of different people these days, I no longer look at people the same, too many black men who are "not like us" they believe and do things that are truly not like us, I dread the future because the lines have blurred and even though trusting people has always been a double-edged sword, it is worse these days. I truly pray for their souls. May they rest in peace. I hope this guy gets instant death penalty if that's how they get down in Arizona, and even if not, I'm sure he won't last long in the yard.
