They just said on CNN she was killed from the bomb fragment and not the actual bullets. The bomb shrapnel hit her on the side of her head. CNN also saying Al Quada taking responsibility for the assination, but officials still trying to confirm that.

since yesterday morning when I first heard of this I've been scouring the internet, talking to a few Pakistani's I know, and generally trying to get some insights into her murder.
What I'm reading and hearing is this appears to be a case of The military/Musharruf/ISI allowing militants to do what they said they we're going to do, which was kill Bhutto.
It appears the Pakistani government is trying to change the narrative on what happened saying she was not shot nor hit by schrapnel but hit her head on a knob on the sunroof when she ducked back into the SUV and fractured her skull.....hmmmmmmmm??
All I'll say is listen to the eyewitness accounts

Edit/update----Paskistani Interior officials are saying they have video of attack plus tape recordings of The leader of the attack congratulating/praising those that carried it out. Dudes name is Baittulah Mehsud, Taliban Leader and suspected person responsible for the first attack on Bhutto when she returned to Pakistan.

look. i understand you feel like you have some inside knowledge on bhutto that the rest of arent privy to, but just like i cant believe she was a complete saint, i also cant believe she was a complete snake as well. i've watched her interviews on 60 minutes and other outlets, and she came across as genuine and brave. even if it was a sham, i still like the ideal of the deception. even if i dont agree with some of her past business practices, i respect the woman for taking a stand for something which she felt was important. im not saying she was saint, im just showing respect the same as i did when pimp c died.
