Well, my first house for myself.

Its a little over 3 acres, but it has some additional lots they are tryna sell too, one on each side... I want both but my loan officer says they can only finance lots with a dwelling.

Any advice on how to get all of em?

Ok, for some reason I thought that might have been due to FHA guidelines or something.

How do I find another lender? I was referred to this one from a previous real estate agent.

UPDATE: Mannnnn... I thought too long and lost out on this one, somebody had it under contract by time I made up my mind. Bought for only $150k!
