Here is the thing that we all sometimes forget, as much as i like the guy he isn't going to be the president of just me and because of that there is no way in hell I can possibly agree with all of his positions and policies. We get caught up and think that from our point of view he has to match up 100% or else we call him a puppet and all other names in the book. What we don't understand is the republicans win and win often because they have one issue they support a candidate for and could give a shit about everything else they even carry water for the things they don't agree with because it benefits them for the one issue they do care about. You can't beat people like that crying about every little thing.
Democrats lose on a daily basis because we become high and moral mighty about 1 fucking issue and turn our noses up at the 999,999 issues our candidates do agree with us on like they are nothing. We all need to be realistic, Obama if he wins is the president of zionist Jews and the president of fence jumping pro illegal aliens as he is president of big business and finally the people. It is almost impossible to please everybody all the time. I can respect him to make a bad decision every now and again and i even expect him to cave to special interests. We have no freaking idea the pressure that somebody in the presidency has and we the people bitching and complaining have no idea the hoops this man is going to have to jump through just to get the slightest thing for the people done.
I don't expect him to hook up black people, magically bring gas prices down or fix healthcare over night. All i want from a president Obama is not to fuck the country worse than it already is, restore habias corpus, chill with the wire tapping. IF he is lucky enough to restore part of the constitution, heal the respect of north america around the world, ease the housing crisis, stop the bleeding of the US dollar his presidency will go down in history as a smashing success.
