Imma need it stay that way... you mfs drop knowledge which is cool and I appreciate that but with all the shit going on in the world...I need the old BGOL back...that strain we created from 2011-2014 was some good shit.

I've been working out with an ex bodybuilder and a female that competes in physique competitions currently. her last show she won 3rd overall.

I'm slowly being talked into doing a physique competition by her. I'd say I'm about a year out so I'm getting my ducks in a row now to see if i actually WANT to do this and if I'll have the team around me to help me reach that goal.

the ex bodybuilder, i ran it by him and he said he'd train me so that's covered. the female is good with dieting and meal prep but she sucks at helping others. if i get her to open up and help she's an asset. I'd have to get a posing coach next...

Go for it man...I know many dudes who are going into it...its a lot of work but from knowing you and your grind man you will rise the top...

Im just maintaining a healthy lifting lifestyle.... the gym i workout at is 3 miles from the crib...I walk now...

I put my music on and take my stroll... man women be pulling on the side asking me if i need a ride..lmao I be like naw im cool the gym is just up the way...they insist anyway...I tell them I enjoy walking to the gym it relaxes my mind and its my cardio as well
 
I just mentioned a few weeks ago that, I left a for a year and some change, came back, and this place is like an old folks home. Everybody is so calm and rational now. For the most part, anyway.

Yeah I'm strongly considering it. the physique part don't look too hard. they walk around in swim trunks essentially so that's a plus.

I'm saying I'd do this one because i see people on IG that i follow for workout tips and advice, and one of them is competing. he posted a picture of himself and i was like "i look better than that...i should try this out"

i showed that picture to the lady at the gym and she was like "you'd beat him now." from there she was like YOU SHOULD DO IT!
