Nah man from what I’ve seen the officer usually tells the person they are gonna pat them down/search and ask if they have anything that might stick them, if it’s a woman they’ll tell them they can request a female officer. I’ve never seen a officer just grab a person and start searching and patting them down, this cop went straight for her tits and even after she said she wanted a female officer he did it again

That's not groping, it's a technique used to pat down females when there's no female officer available.
