Dude may have done a crime, may be not, charges were dismissed,...... but holding his daughter outside in an attempt to lure him outside is fucking disgusting.
The mother was granted temporary asylum, but they still wouldn't release the girl to her. They still took the (autistic) daughter to the police station.
That is kidnapping!
At a certain point, you lose the moral high ground when you've been publicly playing in the dirt.
