She's trying to score points by ripping into someone who's newly appointed and only been in the position about 8 weeks.
Excoriating a new hire who is picking up pieces of programs, policies and investigations they were never involved in, are still getting read-in on, and never gave input or advice in a department they had no control of, makes no sense to me.
Cool for highlights, but not impressed.
