I used to watch the WEIGH-INS online in years past, but noticed they air them free of charge (in HD) on the PPV channels here in Canada, so I've been recording them the past year or so, as they mostly air around 4pm or 1pm PST on the westcoast depending on the event location. The one today was at 4pm, so I recorded it and checked it when I got in ... as opposed to an online stream or Youtube clip.

Chael always looks small at weigh ins. Dude cuts from about 220+ pounds, he just cut 20lbs in the last 24 hrs going by Dolce. People on sherdog (an MMA forum) got confused with his pix from the Bisping weigh-ins and cuts thinking they were recent talking about he little he was. Chael will re-hydrate and bloat right back up as he always does.
