She was passive resistant but still when they caused her clothes to reveal her body at least one should have stopped and allowed her to fix it. These dumbasses didn't use any proper neuromuscular controls or ppct holds or locks to subdue her. Fucking choke holds are illegal! No choke hold is taught, ever. When laws were written at the state level how many blacks were sitting at the table? yes comply, because the judge is going to take the cop's side, prison companies pay off politicians to keep jails filled, your are black. Yes it's fucked up, but if a cop arrests you for no reason on video he just done fucked up, but if you resist the cop can then use that as a excuse to use force. Cops over-responded. They're hosed. Especially if that's where they hang out on shift for meal breaks or something, because you can make an easy argument that their objectivity was compromised. But even without that, they over-responded. No weapons, no active threats, but you got a woman on the floor pulling her clothes off. Smooth.
What's sad is that in places where they teach de-escalation, it cuts down on the number of injuries and fatalities in encounters. Police need a new mindset, and a structure that's actually willing to enforce it and hold the indviduals accountable for their actions. Because as it stands now, if a video of what happens to you doesn't surface, you're just fucked.

Any officer with dignity would either wait for a female officer or cover her up.
This woman, from the video, just like Starbucks probably could of been escorted off the premises. But arresting her for what is my question. From the sound of it she wanted the number for corporate cause she had an issue with the waitress or cashier? Sitting there she didn't seem like she was being combative or irrational to warrant arresting her.
They could of just asked her to leave.
