Former WWE star Billy Jack Haynes has been arrested following a disturbing fatal shooting.

KOIN reported that a man had been arrested following a fatal shooting that led to a shelter in place order being imposed on the Lents neigbourhood. The incident happened on the morning of February 8th with the shooting believed to have happened at 9:52 am. A man – not named in the initial report – was said to have been uncooperative with police officers and refused to exit the house for several hours.
