I been to chicago once and I really am totally confused by the gang culture there its just insane to me but I realize its not just Chicago this is everywhere Chicago just gets the most press. :smh:

Yeah is there anyone here or a youtube link that can decipher this. I dont know who is fighting who. what do the hand signs mean, the words mean. I am usually good with most cities and there local stuff, but this is layer on top of layer. Some of the words might be when the gang first started mixed with decade after decade of slang and signs now what seems to just be a hogmog of i have no clue

I spend a lot of time in south chi. 87th and King area, I love the culture but not enough to let my 4 year old son become an accident.

These kids aren't even getting the chance to grow out of whatever it is that they might look at as something negative later on,like so many of us have.

You can tell who the scared ones are nothing good to say or judge their own with the same mindset that judge them.

These children are discarded by society we tell them they are worthless pieces of shit then we wonder why they don't respect life. No one ever respected them until they put a gun in their hands. The violence and the music is there only freedom. The only place they can find self worth.

I have found in life you can find the humanity in anyone if you treat them with respect. Not fear not disgust just simple respect.
