Im going to have to agree with you. Godofwine you the homie, but having women in your network is a massive net positive. In my life I have gone from making 47k as an IT admin to 230k Total compensation(140k base) based on being friends with women who were working as recruiters and in HR at tech companies.
Women hold these roles almost exclusively at big companies, and not having them in your circle can definitely hinder growth.
