Medical Sex Worker - Japan : Vice Documentary

White Hands is a welfare organisation called that caters to the sexual needs of men with severe physical disabilities. After witnessing the professional but sterile and passionless act of "assisted ejaculation" on a man with crippling cerebral palsy we were made to wonder: What about about the connection between human sexual desire and emotion?

A lot of people seem to wonder if there's similar kind of service available for disabled women
so we asked White Hands and this is what they said.
We haven't pursued this because we haven't received any requests from them.
At White Hands, the suggestions and criticisms we usually receive is in regards to the fact that
we have no care services for women with disabilities.
Our response to them though, is what kind of service would be appropriate?
When asked this question, no one seems to have an answer for it.
Therefore a lot of people tend to have opinions regarding
this issue without knowing exactly the needs of the client.
The think that since men have it, women should too, but it's not that simple.
In order to develop a female care service,
we are actively looking for people who can assist in the development of this care service
- specifically clients who are willing to help in research,
but unfortunately we've received close to no responses.
When it comes to men, the task of ejaculating is simple,
but when working with female clients it becomes infinitely more complicated.
What exactly do we do, how, and to what end?
And would this even be considered a care service?
There hasn't been any client requests, so it's been difficult to look into creating this service.
There is the possibility that some clients choose not to speak up
because it's too painful for them to do so.
But there is also the possibility that these women don't even want the service
and people around them are making this an issue.
In some ways it's wrong for people to speak as if they understand
the needs of disabilities when they don't.
