We already know that Trump has complete immunity, even against capital crimes a regular citizen could be executed for. He also has the power to pardon anybody who gets convicted. He could easily get away with assassinating both of them.

Not until Jan 20th..when a new admin legally takes office. Between Nov 3rd until Jan 20ths is the most dangerous time in America if Biden/Harris wins. Trump and Co. will do so much shit..Look out!

Trump committed two acts of treason, got away with it, then pardoned all of his henchmen. If you or I did that we would face the death penalty. therefore it stands to reason that he could get away with the murder of a political rival.
Yes, there would be international consequences, but none of them would involve removing Trump from power. No foreign military has the ability to do that
I understand that but think about what you're saying. Trump orders and successfull kills the President and VP-elect. How do you think that plays out? He just goes back to resuming the PROTUS position and everyone in the government and military etc just falls in-line and business as usual?

Agreed! The difference like @EPDC said earlier is that they aren't out in the open compared to when POTUS had there back. Under a new regime they don't get the protection of Trump. They'd be fending for themselves and facing criminal and jail time.

Assuming the election and obvious conclusion goes Biden/Harris then Trump and Co only have a finite timeframe to do shit. Specifically between now and inaguration day. After that they'll be under the banner of a new admin and justice department.
I am curious how much of a Biden/Harris administration focuses on current problems and future policies vs. nuremberg trials-like investigation into the previous adminstration? As much as the country doesn't need more of that crap, it's too important and there is a desperate need to know how deep the Trump/Co stuff went.
