Obama needs to shut up: President Mugabe is a hero!

Barack Obama has criticised Zimbabwean leader Robert Mugabe and warned Africa if could betray the hopes of an 'independence generation', which included his own father.
The U.S. President invited 115 young Africans, selected as the region's future leaders, to take part in a three-day forum marking the 50th anniversary of independence of many African countries.
He urged African authorities to allow greater press freedom, said corruption sapped support for foreign aid and aimed harsh criticism at Zimbabwe's long-serving president.

He said: 'I'll be honest with you. I am heartbroken when I see what has happened in Zimbabwe.'
The U.S. and the EU imposed sanctions on Zimbabwe nearly a decade ago and Mr Mugabe has demanded that they are lifted.

Mr Mugabe was forced into a power-sharing deal last year with opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai that has stabilised the economy after a decade of decline.
But his policies are still deterring foreign aid and investment.

Critical: Mr Obama slammed Robert Mugabe and said Africa risked betraying its 'independence generation' if it did not tackle corruption

Power-sharing: The policies of Robert Mugabe, pictured with wife Grace at his sister Sabina's funeral, are still deterring foreign investment in Zimbabwe
Mr Obama said: 'In order to do that (lift the sanctions) we've got to see some signal it will not simply entrench the same past abuses, but will rather move us in a new direction that will help the people.
'Mr Tsvangirai has tried to work - despite the fact that he himself has been beaten, and imprisoned - he has now tried to work to see if there is a gradual transition that might take place.
'But so far the results have not been what we would have hoped.'
As America's first black president Mr Obama, whose father was Kenyan, has special authority in Africa.
He said he had deliberately reached beyond the current generation of African leaders to talk to young people who will shape the region's future and urged they understand corruption was the continent's enemy.
'If at a time of great constraint, we are coming up with aid, those aid dollars need to go to countries using them effectively.'
And he urged Africa not to miss out on 'huge opportunities' to improve social conditions and GDP.

When he is dealing with people who are strident, racist, etc, like the Tea Party or the Republicans, Saudi Arabia, Darfur and Ahmedinejad, Obama pretends to be understanding and conciliatory; he says "..he has come to learn from from their wisdom...". When he deals with Africans, he is condescending and judgemental. Obama thinks Africans are stupid, and he can cover our eyes with petty symbolism, instead of substantive engagement. So what if his father was born in Africa? George Bush was more engaged with Africa from day one, than Obama is after one and half years...

He has never ever, asked any African for his opinion, in his 49 years of existence, he thinks he has more wisdom than the combined experience of more that 50 black men who are presidents of black African countries, all of who are older than him, some of age enough to be his father or grandfather.....

The day is not far away, when one African will tell him to shut up. We have told white men before that, why can't we say tit to him? As a forum member wrote after that 21-hour visit to Ghana, the African half of his blood gave him respite, but it is only half, and half can only take you so far..

If he does not understand what we are doing he needs to keep quiet. He should not condescend to speak about our independence. He had nothing to do it, and obviously does not understand it

all jokes aside if you have so much pride and love for you country why are you here?

There 10 million white people in Africa, who arrived there before my father's father was born... Have you ever asked them why they are there?

Cheers! I'm having a drink too! Btw, you still didn't answer Doggish's question, but it's cool. We didn't expect you to.

Not riding for nzinga. But Africans can be proud of their country but still live here to enjoy what the US has. Just like they exploit resources of other nations,

Robert Mugabe:

Fought for freedom from white men starting before Obama was conceived. He was interned in white man's jail for 10-years, where he was tortured, and some say, castrated (though he now has children). He came out of jail, went across the river to Zambia to intensify the freedom struggle. When he fell out with Kaunda (courtesy of a scheme hatched by white people to divide the freedom front), he moved to Mozambique where he was leader of Zanu and its military wing. In the 1978, Joshua Nkomo, leader of ZAPU, the other major liberation movement in Zimbabwe directed his guerillas to bring down any plane that flew in fascist Rhodesia. To this end, a plane full of cacs, many said to be members of its miliary, was brought down with missiles fired from Zambia.

Cacs claim that guerillas on the ground then moved in and finished off any cac survivors. Whiteness was stunned because it was evident that the war had moved to a more serious phase. Though the retaliated by dropping Napalm bombs on refugee camps in Zambia (Chikumbi massacre), the writing was on the wall. The next year, they agreed to hold talks in London with the real leaders of the Africans, Mugabe and Nkomo.

The talks were held at Lancaster House and chaired by Lord Carrington, assisted with the American Chester Crocker. From the outset, it was evident that Crocker and Carrington were far from neutral referees. The pushed and represented the interests of white minority.

For all the talk that white people like to make, about democracy, Crocker and Carrington instituted clauses in the Zmbabwe constitution that guaranteed white who were 3% of the population 20% of the seats and a veto over legislation for 10 years....

The whole thing almost broke over land, until England and America agreed that they would pay cacs for land recovered from them by the government of Zimbabwe,,

Ian Smith, John Foster, Hendrik Vervoot, George Bush, George Bush, Obama, Clinton, Reagan etc... are the ones who should be on wanted posters for the foreigners they have killed.

Not nearly as many as the DICTATOR Mugabe has savagely killed of his own citizens.

WAIT, this dude be talking all this African shit and he live in the US?...:lol::lol::lol::lol: You gotta be kidding me.

Really, more than the native Americans wiped by your president James Polk and others? The two Bushes are by themselves responsible for killing more the 2 million in Iraq alone, to say nothing of murders in Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mexico (half of which was stolen by Polk at gunpoint), Panama, etc etc ...

If Mugabe has a drop of blood on his hands, the likes LBJ are swimming in oceans of blood from the 3 million they killed in Vietnam... You cannot compare ANY African to the mass murderers who have presided over the US..

so what did you fellow villagers think of that CACfest Avatar?

My business... But the only thing your dumbass needs to know, is the conclusion that smart Cac, James Cameron, left us with at the end: Do not compromise with them. Kick them out.

I think he is qualified to speak knowledgeably about his own kind

I am just talking... Cacs not only talked, but actually imposed themselves as rulers, by force, over Africans... If I am guilty, my sin is no more than being late for class, where as cacs are guilty of poisoning the rain, and stoppin the sun from rising, by comparison.

Its own people in its own country?? This year??? Not.
Oh...there are types of people now? and you awarding some more value than others?
People are people my friend, you may not like them, but someone does, so my proclamation still stands.

More interest than YOU do, obviously.
If it's obvious substatiate how your interest is greater than mine!!!
By definition of who and what I am my interest is very deep....
Like I said before better you cry your cry!!!

Mugabe is doing the same thing as the CACs you speak of.

There more white people in Africa than there are Africans in America... please tell me how the hatred is assigned in that case, when you take that larger picture into account. We know about them because they came to us, not the other way around.

I'd have to disagree here on this one, Mugabe is in his 80's , so he is partly senile, they gained independence in 1980, so they are young in the game. I do not see how subjecting the masses to some b.s just to proove a point helps anyone ..voters everywhere are the gullible (ask the GOP). Mugabe and his cronies have embezzled millions from that country...a large % of that country is in shambles..so we can tip our hats of to him for chest thumping and putting down the hammer, but who did it benefit? I would have to say they have gone back maybe 40yrs....it will be a hot minute before they become a valid nation ...the old guard has to step down. You cannot forget the past but you should not also live in the past..like them tea party folk! Now you got Obama trying to shed some light and you are beating him down, at the end of the day Mugabe is still going to fuck with the CACS and they will just pimp him and so will the Chinese, but you have Obama trying to break this shit down. It is critical times the way shit is going with this globalisation b.s, you play ball or you are counted out! Right now from the shenanigans Mugabe pulled he has taken that nation decades back, just to proove a point!

On a serious note though, how do you think that country will dig itself out from that ditch? Lets move beyond accolades and props we gave Mugabe for doing what he did ..what is in store for that nation?

Mugabe is doing the same thing as the CACs you speak of.
Thats what the GOP is doing now with this tea party knuckleheads...bring the whole house down just to proove your point..and look closely at GOP ...all politics ..but we all know this game!! Sometimes we get confused and start giving props to folk for the wrong reasons without looking at the bigger picture. And that AID that they receive, it will always be there, but if you are embezzling that shit ..not a good look ..you still get pimped at the end of the day, so why not step your game up and play ball with the big boys? Obama is trying to shed some light so we dont end up having this conversation a decade from now, saying why is China pimping the Africans etc etc...if you want to bullshit like Mugabe you will get pimped! And Zimbabwe is landlocked ..sure they got some rocks and on that farming shit ..but you know..they should be the last to raise up or lets say Mugabe should be the last!
