No lead vocals. Just some of the background vocals and instrumentals.
Looks like nothing's changing much if at all - thankfully.

New album is due out in late 2010. Sade and Maxwell let me down a bit. Detoxx is like a fucking mythical unicorn. So Jamiroquai is my last hope of getting something funky.

....oh and rumor the track "Midnight Funk" and a few other tracks from the album they had to immediately scrap 10 years ago when Zender left the group in the middle of an album will finally get released, so this may be a bit of a double album. New tracks + the unreleased ones.

Midnight Funk!

This will more likely than not be a Dance "B-Side" made for the clubs. It's a little too House to be on a Jamiroquai album.

Stank you very much. I'll definitely but lighting up to these tracks very soon. All those tracks are on smash.

Damn, looks like Jay Kay or bandmate left a production cd or lost and ipod somewhere... :dunno:

we definitely need that funk...

Good stuff. Co sign about Max and Sade, they have a few cuts that are listenable, but overall just fall short.:smh:

More often than not, since production is done between multiple locations nowadays with producers and engineers often working remote (sometimes even during a live session), they send the ProTools tracks and files to each other ISDN or over email and someone ummm.... CC:'d or FWD:'d the email to another party to take a listen and get feedback and it got passed around. :)

That's typically how these leaks happen. (On occasion, yeah, an artist or the label itself will leak their own rough cut just to gauge appetite and feedback)

These tracks are missing the vocal layers and definitely don't sound fully mixed down and leveled, which tells me they were a work in progress and not the finished product - hell, they might no even make the album.

Remember, this album is going to have a TON of material. Jay Kay was able to somehow negotiate a settlement on the near finished album they had to scrap back in 99 because Zender walked and wouldn't sign off on the rights.

That's why Synkronized sounds so different and the sound suddenly changed compared to the last 3 albums. They had to rewrite and rush out a whole new album at the last minute.

Can anyone drop some of his cd's here? I searched, and a lot of the links are dead. Much appreciated if you could.

About time he came to his fucking senses! The first two was supposed to be on Synkronized. After Stu quit, Jay scrapped the whole album, because Stu had writing credit on it.

my favorite song
:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

This song reminds me of when I was I would take a train into Frankfurt on a Rainy day steping on the cobble stones and the street has been wash down, and the sun would starting to claim the day with breeze along side. Very good times overseas, everyday was an new experience to discover who I was. To this day I never did understand why this group has yet to get the props here compared to the world. Another group cats sleep on is SADE's band Sweet Back, if you don't know check'em out.

Emergency on Planet Earth
Return of the Space Cowboy
Traveling Without Moving
Deeper Underground
Synkronized
A Space odysee
Dynamite

I got everyone the day it was released. Even A space odysee that was released on 9/11 2001. I was pumping "Little L" when the planes hit the building.

There is a song of his that's remixed in of the Ministry of sound: Chillout Sessions Volume 8 and its been hard as hell to get a hold of. Does anyone have that Album from Ministry of sound?:smh::smh:
