This is not the first time. On several times I've caught my shit nearly word-for-word on Mediafakeout.
Since they're a for profit site, and this is a private site, I think I'm going to start a suit the next time I catch them since I've given them no rights to use my work.
And I still have the goddamn Photoshop Master File I used to create "Blueprint 13" with.
Shit, the least they can do is pick-up my tab on BGOL.

Quite as kept there are a slew of boards out there that were started by people who were are still are members here. I am surprised they take content from here. HNIC is Godfather of message boards focusing on letting black people have a place to communicate, share thoughts and media since 1996 yet too many fuckers won't accept or respect it. I have seen many boards come and go and a few are still here.
HNIC should send them a letter to move it off or to give credit to BGOL for any content they post.

That is why I think they are partially able to get away with it. BGOL does not enforce any type of intellectual property law which would give the site exclusive rights to some of the images created on this site.
I have only studied copyright laws briefly so some of my assertions may not be correct but if I was HNIC I would definitely not appreciate what sites such as mediafakeout are doing.

If I was HNIC I would not take this sitting down. There have been way too many creative people on this forum who have posted great content that has been hijacked and credited to the site that lifted it from here.

I've done that before. They either cut it off or logo over it.
I need to figure out how to do a watermark in Photoshop.
It especially pisses me off because I've been on their site before and have seem them screaming about going uncredited.
They'll post a big ass disclaimer in red:
"We are the only people reporting this - this is our content/our pictures - all media outlets are required to give us credit if you want to use this story/image"
Where's my credit, hoe? Can I get .02 per click? Again, since this isn't a public site and in the public domain. I'll license my shit to you for a very reasonable fee.
