My view on politicians is that nothing is new under the sun.
My response is for those who will only see the messenger and not listen to the message.
Biggest thing here was helping eliminate excessive Bank Fees. Elizabeth warren was instrumental in helping get this removed. I worked for a bank when it was created so this was the industry standard. Not sure if the fees will be coming back but this is what they voted for.

I have several copies of that book. I bought two copies for myself, and one for each of my sons. I told them, "As long as a people are human; and, white men are in charge of things... this is the book you need to have in your head."
He tells you how to behave, and he tells you how they are going to behave. Politicians haven't changed since the beginning. This is the manual when it comes to politics.

That's a great question, Bro. I have no idea. I think he's one of those guys who is so important, that they try to keep his story quiet, even though he's one of the most important people in history.
They have created movies about The Medici family (especially Lorenzo). Machiavelli fell out of favor with them, but he got back in their good graces later. I remember there was a show called "Da Vinci's Demons," with a guy playing the young Niccolo Machiavelli.

My reason for critiquing the democratic party much more harshly than I do the Republicans has to do with the fact they have used, abused, and treated the black vote as expendable for the past 50 years. In my opinion, the "vote blue no matter who" thinking and approach has seriously backfired, as many of us have sided with parties and politicians over progress and policies. Biden boldly and proudly got on stage and remarked that those who don't vote for him aren't black--old wash-up cac wasn't even brought to task and punished. Republicans can't hide their disdain for Black progressive policies as their racism is so overt that we are forced to react and respond accordingly as we are aware of the price to pay if we do not. I want this same energy for Dems. Under democratic rule, we lull ourselves to sleep, thinking they are committed to our causes and truly "love us" (as quoted by someone on here who I will not name).
Sidenote: 100% percent of my Black female friends voted for Kamala and DID NOT KNOW ANY OF HER POLICIES.
They just knew to vote for her because she was a Black Democrat. I'm not mad at them. I just want them to be better educated on the issues and not follow the herd.
