It just came to me yall calling ghost a simp, but his hoes are the stupid ones. Tasha just jumped wise, but Angela believes that this nigga gone leave his wife and that he dont know that his life long best friend sell drugs and that he aint got nothing to do with it.

Tasha is about the money, no doubt, but you missed something, as Tasha Mack from "The Game" is always fond of saying, she is about that LIFE!

And she is about that life WITH Ghost, to her they are one and the same, she's actually a good adviser to him as well.

Rule 101 is you need to give the viewers someone to support

Maybe it will be Kanan's son

Also I hope the female writer - producer - Courtney Kemp Agboh - isnt infusing pussy politics into the story. Trying to make the male characters she has set up as smart and hard out as simps who will not get away for their cheating.

Shades of "The Wire", Ghost is more of a combo of Avon & Stringer in the way that he's smart about his moves & wants to go legit, but has no problem doing dirty work, meanwhile while Tommy has Avon's street smarts, he lacks true leadership qualities as shown by his relationship with Holly, he's more like the Wee-Bay of the crew, meanwhile Kanan is Marlo personified, he doesn't give two fucks about ANYTHING else except the drug business!

Have to disagree, a cold, hard fact of business & life as well is that true bosses will ALWAYS end up screwing someone over, it's called having a killer instinct, it doesn't make the character less likeable, on the contrary, it makes them more real.

I was thinking Ghost won't leave Tasha because of the dirt they've accumulated. You can't just walk away from that. That's dangerous. Tasha is a banger + a woman scorned. There's no telling what she'll do now that her ire's up.

He doesn't love her. He doesn't want to be with her i think.
 
He "sold" Kanan out but why do you think that Kanan didn't deserve it. Everything we have seen from Kanan is that he is bad for business.
Ghost wants to get the money and eventually go legitimate. (Which should be everyone's goal if they have sense).

Whenever 50 comes on the screen, I get distracted.
He has no acting range and only knows how to smile, smirk and mumble..

He actually limits the Kanaan character.

The show's WHOLE premise is finding out who Ghost is and getting him to flip on Lobos, for criminal organizations that are smart there are only two ways for the FBI to take them down, getting someone to turn or hitting up someone on tax evasion charges, either of which is then parlayed into a R.I.C.O. conspiracy to bring down the WHOLE organization, hell just now in the news that's EXACTLY how the FBI brought down FIFA, the American rep didn't pay his taxes, and in order to get his charges/jail time reduced he flipped on the entire FIFA board, that's just how the FBI works!

LOL, I've spelled it two different ways in this thread myself, but in watching the credits @ the end of this week's episode it is indeed spelled "Kanan" (keep in mind that New Canaan, Connecticut sounds the same)

That was referred to about two pages ago, about 3/4 posts in for the last ep.

Have to wait two weeks now (in TV show parlance they didn't show an upcoming attraction, which usually means a week will be missed, and lo and behold July 4th is next Saturday)
 
I got a few laughs out of the last episode and yes it was still kind of fun to see Lala's tits in Hi Def but the best thing about the episode was this song :
