Juggernauts powers are MAGICAL...totally different.
I still think she gets juiced up long enough to make it a fight.
Her failure to absorb Juggernaut's power had nothing to do with the nature of the power it was the strength of it, her body just couldn't cope with the power of The Juggernaut. For instance Galactus' power is cosmic in nature but Rogue would most likely kill herself if she tried to absorb his abilities.
You're guessing same as myself, the manner in which she is siphoning the "power" and its source might have everything to do with her limit, you now just switched to cosmic power again, another source and type.
Superman is simply what he is because of our sun, she should be able to absorb his power to some degree far more easier than anything you named above.
Think of AC or DC currents, or the fact that electrical current stimulation via physical therapy/acupuncture is totally different than an appliance current, different type of electricity.
That's reason I said DC wipes floor with Marvel, no psionic and no magic user, the two "types" that all the DC members present are extremely vulnerable to.
Yeah, hate to say it but the Marvel side doesn't have a chance in this one if they're using stupid powerful DC heroes. Superman, Power Girl, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter.
Only ones on the Marvel side who would be awake after the first 3 seconds would be Thor and Hulk. Bet Batman has something in his belt for Iron Man, Green Lantern isolates Rogue, Flash mops up Spiderman, Captain America and Black Widow... Superman flies Hulk into space. Only one really left standing is Thor. For a few more seconds until he gets jammed by Power Girl, Wonder Woman, etc. And Superman when he gets back from space.

Replace Wolverine, Spiderman, Captain American and Black Widow with Dr. Strange (or Scarlet Witch), Vision, Ms Marvel and Hercules. (trying to keep it Avengerish rather than galactic level)

That's probably why Spiderman is looking like that. Like out of all of the people in here I could piss off I had to go piss off that big, green muthafucka.
Good point but they can keep Thor from utilizing his hammer in such confined spaces as he has to worry who he hits, also they can simply fly him away from his hammer at such a speed as to take him out of the fight.
DC has five fliers combatants to Marvels 2 1/2 as Thor only flies with hammer in possession and Iron Man as long as Armor viable.
Air superiority and long range attacks are everything in this fight, Marvel handicapped by Black Widow more then DC handicapped by a win by any means necessary Batman.
Like I said, the biggest X factor is who Rogue gets her hands on first and I agree, Martian Man is huge x factor as no clue what he would do but fire being his weakness could negate him from the jump.

Spider-man actually one of hardest to hit out of everyone present but with the two speedsters and almost speedster in Power Girl on DC side he is purely defensive fighter against this line up at best. If he tingles and starts combat he has slight chance to pause Batman for a sec but again, the speedsters especially flash move faster than anything Marvel group does.
Also the DC team full of geniuses almost to a person.
Spider-man and Iron Man are the smartest even if specialized on the Marvel team, everyone else a hick pretty much besides Black widow with Captain America having some savvy but not a genius, tactician perhaps but no genius.

With the Hulk, Thor, Superman, WonderWoman, etc., I dunno how long this fight will be limited to the inside of this bar anyway!
whats the counter measure to wolverine cutting his head off or the hulk ripping him apart? bats is by far the most over hyped comic book character of all time.
Well, you know... we gotta somehow believe that a regular man, through extensive training, exceptional intellect, and the budget to buy the best tech can somehow defeat beings that are godlike!

What people also forget is that comic book Black Widow has also been exposed to a version of the super solgier serum as well. She's as strong as Batman and could probably hold her own in a fight with him.
Thor is a lot smarter than he lets on.

I don't see DC winning this fight. They are out numbered and there is a HULK in the corner. Plus DC don't really fight to kill and Marvel does.

Again the initial move is what is likely going to determine who wins overall.....and again only DC has speedsters on their side. Thor even reaching for his hammer is at a disadvantage to Superman, anyone else that ISN'T the hulk is at a disadvantage to Flash and then Supergirl, Flash might vibrate Starks right out his suit from the gate and the IQ of DC side to me is why they negate the advantages of marvel.
Now if we are saying no one in room knows the powers or capabilities of adversary team then I'm giving Marvel the advantage because everyone on DC will fight somewhat honorably except Batman.
Natasha, Logan and Hulk will be able to get their shit off in first few heartbeats which might make the difference and again X-factor to me is who Rogue actually touches on ANY SIDE.
