A jury yesterday found Christopher Brian Neilson guilty of intentionally
causing serious injury to a Perth man at the entrance to Showgirls Bar
20.
A man who had described himself as a ''bit of a monster'' has been found
guilty over a vicious elbow assault outside a Melbourne King Street
strip club.
He was remanded in custody to appear at a plea hearing on Monday
What a prick
I have Monday off work and may just pop down to the County Court and see what this piece off shit is sentenced too.

Elbow to the head UPDATE

Remember this POS

He actually attacked two guys that night, not just the guy on this vid.

A THUG who launched vicious attacks on two men outside a Melbourne strip club has been jailed.

Christopher Brian Neilson, 30, attacked the men in separate incidents outside King St’s Showgirls Bar 20 in December 2010.

Perth man Maxwell Chapman was left with life threatening injuries and a
permanent brain injury following the first unprovoked attack in the
early hours of December 28.The incident, captured on CCTV, showed
a bouncer who witnessed the attack allow Neilson to re-enter the strip
club shortly after Chapman was bashed.Less than two hours later Neilson left the club again and bashed patron Robert Stoop unconscious in another unprovoked assault.

Neilson, who comes from Brisbane but moved to Melbourne, was found guilty of
intentionally causing serious injury to Mr Chapman and pleaded guilty to
recklessly causing injury to Mr Stoop.

In sentencing Neilson, County Court judge Irene Lawson said he had a
lengthy criminal history including convictions for violence and weapons
related charges.Judge Lawson said Neilson had shown little remorse but had some prospects of rehabilitation.

While the attack on Mr Chapman was the most serious and warranted “severe
punishment”, the assault on Mr Stoop was “excessive”, she said.Neilson was jailed for a maximum of five years and six months with a non-parole period of three years and six months.
